OPIS
Villa Americano Pisak, Croatia has a great location, just 20 meters from the beac in asmall village on the Makarska Riviera . The house has a great view of the sea and the island of Brac and Hvar. The house spreads over four floors, has six bedrooms, four bathrooms with shower and a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with large terrace overlooking the sea , where you can fully relax and experience the most beautiful sunsets. The house consists of two buildings. The main building has a separate entrance. On the ground floor is a large living room with terrace, kitchen and guest toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one room with double bed and terrace with sea view, one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with bunk beds and also two bathrooms with shower . On the second floor is another double bedroom with balcony and sea view .
An outdoor kitchen and barbecue area are available in small taverna at the back. On the ground floor are two apartments next to each other with its own entrance. Each apartment has a living room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower . In the gallery is the bedroom with a double bed and another single bed for a child. There are around two double garages for four cars (60 m away). The whole house has wireless internet connection, TV / SAT, air conditioning . On request of the guests we also offer catering (breakfast or dinner) and room service on request. The house has been built on a cascade terrain , steps lead up to the house , about 100 steps
Villa has an exceptional location. It is a front row property, just a few meters from the sea in the small village of Pisak. Pisak is located between Split and Makarska, in Central Dalmatia. It is known for its beautiful beaches and amazingly clear sea.
The house spreads over several levels on 400 square meters. It has 6 very spacious bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, an open kitchen/ living room, with a terrace overlooking the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar. The views are spectacular. The kitchen is fully equipped. An outdoor kitchen/ washroom, shower, and a barbeque area are also available. The house can accommodate 12 people very comfortably.
Our guests can enjoy beautiful, clean beaches and the peaceful surrounding of a small village. The village has a store, bakery, two restaurants, coffee bar and an ice cream stand. Recommended are visits to the ancient city of Split (30km away), rafting on the river Cetina and visits to the picturesque town of Omis, Biokovo national park, Medjugorje catholic shrine (1 ½ hours away)…
The house has a wireless internet connection, TV and air conditioning. A garage is available for four cars. There is a set of steps leading to the house from the garage. If needed, transportation from the airport can be organized. On request, we also offer home cooked meals for a truly carefree holiday experience.

We stayed at the villa first wk of Aug 2018. It is Huge! with lots of space. It was 14 of us. Kids were able to be independent, lived on the first level. It is right on the water, beach is spectacular with crystal clear water. The house was well furnished. It was spotless! everything necessary was available. Jeff and Ankica are absolutely wonderful hosts. They were always available when needed ( even when we left our beach bag on the piers). They helped are with some of the meals and are wonderful chefs. They were available with activities planning. Everybody had wonderful time. Would recommend the property! would plan to come back if ever plan to be in the area.
“There are no words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay in superbly located Villa Reed! It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing. The house was lovely, super clean, very well equipped and although there were 12 of us (8 adults and 4 children) it still felt spacious and airy. Beach is just a few steps away and last but not least – views from the house are just stunning! Honestly, we couldn’t ask for more and if we could have stayed any longer than we would definitely have! The villa owner – Ankica was very kind, we really felt welcomed, especially thanks to that homemade wine, which Jeff, Ankica’s husband prepared for us ;)! It was perfect holiday for us and we’ll definitely come back to Villa in the future!”
We have rented the villa for a week in July and we were absolutely satisfied with everything - it is excellently located directly on the beachfront, the furnishing and decoration of the villa and all its rooms is beautiful and cozy, the views were stunning and the owners are super nice people ready to help with anything a guest asks for. We can only recommend this villa and we plan to return there ourselves in the future again.
From the second we walked in the door the we were breathtaken by this place. The friendliness of the owners are heartwarming and the location and quality of the house and the apartments are flawless. We had all meals included in our stay, by the way everything home-cooked, and the food was superb. I can only give our warmest recommendations to anyone looking for a dreamlike vacation!
