This brand new, modern and nicely decorated and furnished penthouse apartment is located in a new building on the top floor (no elevator) above the old town centre.
The best feature this penthouse offers is the huge terrace with outdoor showers, sunbathing area, outdoor dining area and kitchen with bbq. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking... the whole city, sea and the islands seem like they're on the palm of your hand.
The apartment consists of an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with a big smart TV, three bedrooms- each with AC and Tvs, two bathrooms and one toilet.
The apartment is spacious, bright with a lot of natural light, has AC in every room, Wi-Fi and is fully equipped with all the appliances you might need for a relaxed holiday.

Ein tolles Haus und vor allem eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Wunderschön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben alles gefunden was wir benötigt haben. In den Schlafzimmern befinden sich auch kleine Hotelsafes. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und man fühlte sich von der ersten Sekunde an pudelwohl. Es war bereits ausreichend Verpflegung (Obst, Brot, Wurst, Käse, Eis, Pizza) für mindestens 1 Tag vor Ort, sodass man sich den sonst üblichen Einkauf am ersten Tag sparen konnte. Wir wurden auch mit tollen Restauranttipps versorgt. Der Kontrast könnte vor Ort nicht größer sein. Wenn man unten am Meer steht, auf der einen Seite Meer und auf der anderen Seite 300 Meter hoher Fels. Das Haus liegt ungefähr auf 200 Höhenmetern. Hier ist es schön ruhig und man kann wunderbar entspannen. Ein Tipp am Rande: Schaltet in Makarska euer Navi aus bzw ignoriert es und fahrt so, wie es in der Anfahrtsbeschreibung steht, sonst könnte es je nach Fahrzeug eng und anspruchsvoll werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war ein toller und sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
