Beautiful villa Nera with pool in Makarska, above the town in quiet location, with three bedrooms. The semi-detached house with sea view is located in a quiet slope above the town. This newly built villa is located on the hillside above the town in the hamlet of Puharici. The rooms are distributed over two floors. There are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The spacious living area with open kitchen, nice terrace with pool and sea view, sunbathing, an outdoor shower and barbecue. A quiet slope above the town surrounded by many olive trees is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Families with children. It is a semi-detached house, two identical houses, both houses can be rented for larger groups. The pool is 2.5 x 8.5 m and 1.5 m deep.

Wir waren im August für 14 Tage in der Unterkunft Villa Nera. Super Unterkunft, super freundliche Gastgeber und die Buchung über prominens mit Frau Paunovic lief alles perfekt von Anfang bis zum Ende. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Es wurde immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt und sich sofort darum gekümmert. Vielen Dank nochmal für die tolle Zeit und für das freundliche Entgegenkommen an die Gastgeber und das prominens Team.
