Ova šarmantna potpuno nova Vila nalazi se u Makarskoj i ima sve potrebno za ugodan odmor!
Vila ima 900 m2 okućnice s dječjim igralištem i okružena je maslinikom veličine 3000 m².
Villa Astra se prostire na dvije etaže plus garažu u prizemlju. Ima 5 spavaćih soba s bračnim krevetima, AC, SAT / TV i 6 kupaonica, te dodatnu sobu za djecu s dječjim krevetom. Dnevni boravak povezan je s prostorom za blagovanje i kuhinjom, stvarajući ogroman prostor za uživanje i druženje.
Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena svim potrebnim posuđem i aparatima za pripremu jela kao kod kuće. Blagovaonica je dovoljno velika za okupljanje i uživanje u pogledu.
Dnevna soba je ugodna, topla i puna prirodnog svjetla s izlazom na terasu.
Bazen je površine 30 m2 i dubok 1,5 m, grijan, napunjen vodom bez klora s masažnom funkcijom. Uz bazen nalaze se ležaljke, vanjski tuš i vanjski blagovaonica za vašu potpunu udobnost i uživanje.
Terasa je orijentirana na jug i pruža prekrasan pogled na more, otoke, grad i planinu i zasigurno će biti mjesto gdje ćete provesti veći dio svog vremena u Villi.
Vila također raspolaže s fitnesom, stolnim tenisom i štapovima za nordijsko hodanje.

The villa is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean and has everything you could possibly need. The views from the villa over Makarska are stunning and it is set in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the town and harbour for a day at the beach or nights out. Our hosts were also superb, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay, they even bought us a lovely fresh platter of home-produced prosciutto and cheese which were delicious. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend Villa Astra.
Die Villa Astra ist eine wunderschöne und sehr ordentliche Villa, perfekte Lage. Die Familie ist mehr als freundlich und sehr bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
Juli 2019 In 10+ years of vacation rentals this has been our best experience. Our two families (10) had 5 memorable nights at this new and well constructed villa. The property was just as portrayed: beautifully appointed, quiet location, extremely clean and fully equipped (including home made spirits). The owners were very responsive to our needs/requests and it was apparent that our comfort was of prime importance. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. En-suites in all but one room, and there is a dedicated bathroom across the hall for that room. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Dalmatian coast. Thank you so much for all of your attention and support with every last detail we needed. We loved the house so much!!! We will recommend your house to everyone we know
